The Chintan Shivir in Srinagar concluded with the adoption of the Srinagar Khel Sankalp, outlining a unified national vision for India’s sports ecosystem. Union Sports Minister Mansukh Mandaviya and Minister of State Raksha Khadse emphasised Centre–State collaboration, governance reforms, and athlete-centric development. The deliberations focused on strengthening grassroots talent, enhancing sports manufacturing, and positioning sports as a driver of economic growth. The Sankalp sets the roadmap for a coordinated and future-ready sporting ecosystem.
